Elavon -In the event that you are unable to reach Cartis Payments and the matter is urgent you can reach out to Elavon's 24/7 customer service. Converge Training - Cartis Payments provides Converge training for all new merchants. If you have Converge and need to schedule a training during a time Cartis is unavailable you can do so directly with Elavon's training team. **The training will cover basic functions of the backend of Converge, and will not be able to address questions related to setup if you use Converge through one of our integrated software partners. please reach out to Cartis Payments directly for this.

Recovery Department - If you have a recovery balance due, or your account is in collections you will want to address any outstanding balance through the recovery department. **If your bank account has changed, please reach out to Cartis Support to work on a bank change request.

American Express Direct - We are able to board most merchants on the Amex OptBlue program for an all-in-one solution with one merchant statement, one deposit, one point of contact. However, if you are not eligible for OptBlue or chose to stay with Amex Direct you may need to reach out to the American Express merchant support for Amex related transactions.
